1. The Service
ResumeRank is a one-time resume screening service operated by Polsia Inc. You upload a ZIP of resumes and a job description; we return an AI-generated ranking of candidates by relevance. No account required. No subscription.
By using ResumeRank you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Who Can Use ResumeRank
You must be at least 18 years old and using ResumeRank for legitimate hiring or recruiting purposes. You confirm that you have the legal right to process the resumes you upload — for example, that candidates submitted their resumes in response to a job posting.
You may not use ResumeRank to process resumes obtained without candidates' knowledge or consent.
3. Payment Terms
Pricing is displayed before you submit a job. Charges apply when you unlock results beyond the free tier (10 resumes free; fees apply for larger batches).

- Payments processed by Stripe — we never store your payment details
If you experience a payment error or are charged but don't receive results, contact us at support@resumerank.co and we'll make it right.
4. Data Deletion
We delete all uploaded files and extracted data within 24 hours of job completion. A countdown is displayed on your results page. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered — export your results before the deadline if you need them.

5. AI Scoring — Advisory Only
ResumeRank uses AI to score and rank resumes based on textual relevance to a job description. The rankings are a tool to help you prioritize your review — they are not a hiring decision.
AI scoring has limitations. It may miss context that a human reviewer would catch. It may reflect patterns in the text that are not meaningful predictors of job performance. You are responsible for all hiring decisions. Do not use ResumeRank as the sole basis for rejecting or advancing candidates.
We make no warranty that the rankings are accurate, complete, or free from bias. Use them as one signal among many.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use ResumeRank for any purpose other than legitimate hiring and recruiting
- Upload resumes without the candidates' knowledge or consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Upload malicious files, ZIP bombs, or content designed to harm our systems
- Use the service to discriminate against candidates in violation of applicable law
- Automate submissions without prior written permission
Violations may result in immediate termination of access and, where appropriate, legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the resumes and job descriptions you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to deliver the ranking results to you.
The ResumeRank service, including its software, scoring models, and UI, is owned by Polsia Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ResumeRank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings will achieve any particular hiring outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polsia Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising out of your use of ResumeRank is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
